The insulation time of a vacuum insulated cup depends on the structure of the cup body and the thickness of the cup material

The stainless steel insulated cup is made of double-layer stainless steel inside and outside. It uses welding technology to combine the inner liner and outer shell, and then uses vacuum technology to extract the air from the interlayer of the inner liner and outer shell to achieve the effect of vacuum insulation

Generally speaking, the thinner the cup material, the longer the insulation time. But the cup body is prone to damage and deformation, which affects its service life; The outer layer of the inner liner of the vacuum cup is coated with a metal film and coated with copper, which can also increase the degree of insulation; Vacuum cups with large capacity and small diameter have a longer insulation time, while those with small capacity and large diameter have a shorter insulation time; The service life of a vacuum cup also depends on the cleaning of the inner layer of the cup and the vacuum pumping time, and most importantly, the structure of the vacuum furnace.
There are approximately two types of vacuum equipment used in society, namely vacuum exhaust stations and vacuum brazing furnaces, for vacuum insulated cups. One type is the tail vacuum exhaust desktop; Another type of brazing furnace type. The brazing furnace type is further divided into single chamber, multi chamber, and increased pumping speed multi chamber.

Single furnace integrated vacuum brazing furnace. The vacuum pumping cycle time of this furnace is long. If the manufacturer wants to improve production efficiency and shorten the vacuum pumping time, it will affect the service life of the cup. The service life of the cup is only about 8 years. Tail vacuum cup exhaust station and its advantages: The vacuum cup produced by the tail exhaust station has a heating temperature of around 500 ℃ during vacuum pumping. The outer shell of the vacuum cup is not easily deformed, but the copper pipe welding is prone to collision and leakage. Special protection is required during semi-finished product processing.
Another major category is vacuum brazing furnace type, which can be roughly divided into three types. Unexpectedly, although the vacuum insulated cups we usually use do not differ much from ordinary insulated cups in appearance, the production process of vacuum insulated cups is much more complex than that of ordinary insulated cups, and the technical difficulty is also much higher. So, the price of vacuum insulated cups is at least twice that of regular insulated cups.
